The performance of the WAN data collection is viewed as a graphical presentation through the Cisco OnPlus Portal. You can find the WAN status only on an Cisco OnPlus Network Agent. The WAN status allows you to understand the overall performance of the WAN.

WAN Status
Step 1. Log in to the Cisco OnPlus Portal, click the desired customer, and choose Dashboard.
Step 2. Move the mouse over the OnPlus 100 device and click Device Information. A new window appears:
Step 3. Click the WAN Stats tab.
Note: A notification message will display when you first click the tab. It may take a few minutes to show the graphical presentation of the WAN status. You can either click OK or wait until the graph is shown automatically.
Step 4. Choose a specific time period from the Time Period drop-down list to view the graph for the specified time period.
Step 5. Choose the appropriate graph data from the Graph Data drop-down list.
• Jitter / Latency — Jitter represents the deviation from the average latency. It is measured over 40 samples. Latency represents the round trip time between the OnPlus Network Agent and the OnPlus Portal. It is measured as the average of 50 packets each separated by 100 milliseconds.
• Packet Loss — Represents the percentage of total packets lost.
Step 6. Choose an appropriate interpolation from the Interpolation drop-down list.
• Stepped — Represents the graph as stepped graph.
