Objective
Adobe Flash Player 11 is incompatible with UC320W configuration utility running on firmware earlier than 2.1.2. This incompatibility prevents the UC320W configuration utility from loading past login screen and upgrading to latest firmware. There are two ways to fix this problem, The objective of this document is to guide you on how to solve this issue of incompatibility on the UC320W devices.

Workaround for Adobe Flash Player 11 Incompatibility
The are two ways to resolve the Pre-2.1.2 firmware and Adobe Flash Player 11 incompatibility .
Option 1
Step 1. Check your Adobe flash player version by right clicking the mouse on the login screen.
Note:Optionally, you can also click here to go to the Adobe flash player website to check for the version info.
Step 2. Click here to go to the Cloud assisted upgrader web application URL. This application will upgrade UC320W to the latest firmware. Internet connectivity and memory of at least 500 MB is needed for upgrade via cloud. Wireless connection must not be used for a firmware upgrade.
Note: For firmware version earlier than 2.0.12 (0), a two-part upgrade is required. The application will install firmware version 2.0.12, which is an intermediate version that is compatible with flash player 11 and capable of upgrading to the latest firmware. For later firmware versions, the application will directly install the latest firmware.
Step 3. Click on the Upgrade button to upgrade the firmware to the latest available version.
Option 2
You can also downgrade the Adobe flash player of the web browser to version 10 in order to upgrade UC320W firmware 2.1.2 or higher.
Step 1. Download and install a non-debug version of Adobe flash player version 10 from the Adobe flash player archived version website. Click here to go the archived versions page.
Step 2. Close all browser tabs or windows and restart your web browser.
Step 3. Launch the UC320W configuration utility in the browser you have just downgraded.
Step 4. Upgrade the UC320W to firmware version 2.1.2 or higher by clicking the Upgrade button on top right corner.
Step 5. Upgrade your Adobe flash player to the latest version also after UC320W firmware upgrade.
