Cisco SG300-10PP Power Supply Noisy

I just bought a pair of SG300-10PP (K9-AU) switches and the external power supplies make an extremely high frequency noise once the switch is connected. I have tried both power supplies on the one switch I currently have installed and it is very noticeable.

I have also tried connecting a Ubiquiti AP (48v 9w) to one of the ports, but this did not change the noise level.

Is this normal?
