Hi everybody,

we have big heterogeneous LAN Network with more than 20 switches. More of them are Catalysts and SG300. Also we have many Vlans. The native vlan between some devices are't default vlan-1. Everything was ok until when we connected the new SG350X switch. Then the native vlan on active ports on some SG300 switches was changed automatically to defaul vlan. Any devices are with default GVRP setings (global disable). We have same problem on two deferent location and on the second the problem was begining when we connected to the network SG350X switch.

Could you help with solving on the problem?

Kind Regards

Danail

Hello,

My name is Rozana and i am an engineer from the SMB team.

Can you try disabling the "auto smart port" and "auto-voice VLAN" if you are not using that.
Those are on by default and the Default Macro will change the assigned VLANs on the ports, once a specific device is detected.

Another thing you can do is to configure "#no macro auto smartport" on the ports you don't want those macroses to run.

You can find more information on the CLI setup here:
https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/csbms/350xg/cli_guide/CLI_Tesla_SG350X_SG350XG_2_2_5.pdf

And more information on the features of the switch here:

Regards.
