Download language for SG200-08

Hello,

I'm download 4 or 5 times the language file for my switch SG200-08 but I always have a CRC error.

No problem with the firmware but the language don't work.

Any idea ?

I will need some additional information from your side.

Please inform me how did you try to make the upgrade in order to receive this error and what is :

-the firmware version that you are using

-the version of the language file that you are trying to upload

-operating system ?

I have this problem also.

I am using firmware 1.0.8.3.

When I try to upgrade the language file ("SG200-08x_LANG_1.0.8.3.tar.bz") I always get a "Language file upgrade through HTTP failed. CRC error."

OS: Windows 7 x64 sp1, Vista x64 sp2

Browsers: IE9, IE 11, Firefox 36

I've noticed that this language file is a .tar.bz, whereas the older language files are .LANG (and the contents are completely different - maybe the wrong file was uploaded?)

Hi all,

I've also tested and I also receive CRC error when using Windows 7.

There is no such issue on Windows 10, but at the end there is no result after the upload.

For the moment please upload the .lang files from version 1.0.6.2, while you are running 1.0.8.3

This issue will be further investigated.

Dear Yordan,

I still have the described issue. I've tried to download the specific lanugage, as described by Gilbert, but there is only a one file available. I've downloaded Winzip as well... not working.

Do you know, if the languages could be provided separatelly. I'm sure to be not alone with this issue. I have two such switches...

Hi Jan,

Please use the separate language files provided in tab 1.0.6.2 while the firmware version  installed on the switch is the latest currently available - 1.0.8.3

On thé main page, I click on 'language' tien 'download language' And then I chose the file downloded from your site.

fw: 1.0.8.3
