How do I connect two Cisco SG300 28P switches.

I have a Digium Switchvox phones system connected to a Cisco SG300 28P switch.

I ran out of ports so I ordered another SG300 28P switch to connect to the other switch.

Switch One port G26 is connected to Switch Two port G27. I connected some phones to the second switch and everything is working perfectly with the phones.

The issue I'm having is I'm unable to ping the second switch. Plus I'm not even able to get into the GUI admin interface.

What do I need to change to be able to get to the second switch?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Have you configured second with correct ip address and default-gateway?

If not configure it with IP address then connect them with trunk port and:

ip default-gateway x.x.x.x

where x.x.x.x your GW.

Then associate access ports with correct access VLANs.
