My customer has a intermittent connection loss issue with SLM224G2.
In the network, there're NMS system(VLAN10) and users(VLAN20).
After IP MGMT SYSTEM(Netclient) is attached, ICMP from NMS system to mgmt IP of SLM224G2 sometimes failed.
But the users connected to SLM224G2 have no problem with connectivity.
It is said that the switch does not make its own IP interface a priority only the traffic going through.
But the traffic going through is very small so I believe ping loss doesn't occur..
Please give me any advice about this.
