POE Problem with SG200-26P

Having an odd situation with this switch. Set it up with two vlans and everything was gread for about 3 days then over the weekend something happened. One od the POE Phones a Cisco IP Phone 7960 started making an odd buzz sound while hooked up to port 13 on the switch. To aliviate the problem I switched the port to 14 for that phone. The buzz went away and the phone powered on. Started looking into the problem with the port and could not find any obvious problems with the port so deemed it to be a bad port. The next day the phone that was hooked to port 1 was randomly rebooting so looked into this port and while trying to find a port that worked found that ports 1-6 would not turn on the poe light on the switch and would not power the phones for a very long time without the phone rebooting. I did however find that ports 14-18 however work as they should. Is there something I am missing as to why  or how ports 1-6 are not turning on POE and could they be related to the problem with port 13? Any ideas on how to fix this problem. Currently on firmware version 1.3.5.58 and boot version 1.3.5.06. thank you for your time.

David,

This sounds like the switch is failing but I could not rule out a configuration corruption. I would back up the configuration, reset to factory defaults and test only the PoE functionality. If it works, recreate the configuration (VLANs, etc.) and confirm that PoE is functioning on all ports. If you still see issues at factory default settings, call support and open a case or return the switch to the reseller for replacement.

I will try doing a factory reset this afternoon when users start to log out for the day. I had thought of doing that but was thinking maybe a setting was causing the poe to not turn on for the set of ports that are not functioning.
