SG 200-08 High CPU GUI not responsive

Hello!

I got 2 SG 200-08. I use them with my IPTV. It seems like CPU are 100% used while watching TV on one of the IPTV. Why is it high CPU load?

Is there other traffic running during this time? lots more diagnostics required here. I recommend contacting the CX Center.
