SG200-26 Firmware Update

Hello! 

As title say I have a question about upgrading this switch, I am not an IT guy, but i need to do some kind of work about it, and is my first time with managed switches, so in my family business, we got this switch when my family installed the network back in 2012 i think, but now I am upgrading the network, and finally got the admin account for the swithch and i found out that it never had an update since the first day, it is on Firmware 1.0.0.19 and Boot: 1.0.0.1. 

So, to get to Firmware 1.4.10.06, what increments do i have to do first?  some advice would be great and some steps to do it too!

Thanks buddy for the info!

But how do you get CLI connection to de 200 with putty? because it does not have console port.
