SG500-52 Stack weird saving issue

I've inherited a 3 unit stack that displays the following symptoms:-

When i login to the GUI, i am taken to the getting started page , even though i have ticked the "do not  show this page on startup" box & saved the config.

Occasionally, the save icon will flash , even though no changes have been made 

Any ideas ?

Hi Alasair.

Yes, I believe it was seen before with old firmware so the first thing you need to do to get the latest firmware and boot code as well.

If you tell me on which version you are now I would give you some steps how to proceed with steps upgrade as might be needed.

Thanks for the reply, below are the version currently running on the stack

Firmware Version (Active Image): 1.4.8.6
Boot Version: 1.4.0.02

Hello Alasdair,

Sorry for late response. If this issue still bothers you I suggest to open ticket with support team so they can verify everything. It has not been reported since long time so we need to see what is happening.
