Hey guys,

I have a question regarding SG300 series small business switches.

If I switch between the two possible images, will the configuration get lost or is the configuration the same independent of which image I choose?

Hi Stefan, the firmware image swap will not result in a lost configuration. HOWEVER, there are feature enhancements particularly on the 1.2.7.76 and later. Therefore if you swap image from one of the newer images to an older image and you were using the newer feature sets, those would not exist.
