WAP121 Cant access web configuration utility

We have 3 WAP121 APs configured as singel Point Setup all seems to work.

Today i thought I would check the settings and update FW.

But i cant open the web configuration page on any of the 3 APs. Only get timeout.

Tried using the IP addresses and Cisco "FindIT".

I can ping the APs. Cisco FindIT displays firmware version, IP, MAC....

Tried IE, Firefox and Chrome. but without luck.

Hello my name is Jonathan and i am one of the Engineers here at the Cisco SBSC team. I apologize for the inconvenience with this unit. and the delay on this answer.

I would like to know if you are still facing issues, with this units.

One thing you could try is to do a factory reset on the units and try to check if your computer could reach the default ip address 192.168.1.245/24 by setting up a static ip on the computer under the same range. 

If the factory reset worked you could check the firmware version and see if it was the latest. currently we have 1.0.6.2 as the latest version.

I wanted to say that I have the same or similar problem.

I cannot accedss the WAP121 software to set up my unit.

I use the cisco cisco set as mentionned in the User Manual without success.

This after having done a reset of the unit with the appropriate switch 

The fact is that after having reset the unit, using a network scanner Advanced IP Scanner, this software find the IP adress of 192.168.1.131 for my unit and not the 192.168.1.245 as mentionned in the User Manual or in your reply below.

Advanced IP Scanner do not see any device at the address 192.168.1.245 you mention.

I am using Advanced IP Scanner because I could not install your software Cisco FindIt on my PC.

It give me the feeling that all go well but at the end of the installation, the program does not appears in the Program list of my Windows 10 Pro 64 Bits PC

I think I have given all information at my disposal to describe my situation.
