Cant create registration token

Hi,

Newly created SSM on prem. Accounts linked and connected.

Now when i go to create a new registration token for this virtual account, the entire screen goes dark and doesn't allow me to create it. Tried on numerous endpoints, using different browsers... same issue on all. What am i doing wrong?

There is a long list of Field Notice involving Cisco Smart License because the QuoVadis Root Certificate has expired.
