Is Smart Call Home enabled by default on my device?

Smart Call Home must be configured on your device before it is operable. Go to http://www.cisco.com/go/smartcall, scroll down to the Getting Started section, and choose the quick start guide for your product. There's also a full user guide at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/smart_call_home/book.html. Hope this helps!
