Contract Change: Refresh of contract data after a modification

After changes are made to the contract database via the Cisco Service Contract Center (CSCC), when will they be reflected in the portal?

SNTC synchronizes with the contract database three times per day. You should see any changes or corrections that have been made after 24 hours. Note that you will have to request new downloadable reports in the portal to see updated changes there.
