CSPC 2.7.2 Upgrade from GUI Stuck in "Initiated" State

I'm working on upgrading CSPC from 2.7.2 to 2.7.3.  I initiated the download of the upgrade by hitting the install button on the GUI, however it has been in an initiated state in the GUI for over an hour and there are no updates to the /opt/LCM/logs/install file.  

I have disabled the server connection, restarted the cspc process and rebooted the server and am still stuck in this state.  How can I kill the update process and attempt again?

Hi User,

Is it 'initiated' status or 'apply-in-progress' status? Could you please share the screenshot? Have you tried applying from user "admin" CLI?

It was in an initiated state, however, after 24 hours the upgrade completed.
