CSPC - Admin password not working on GUI but works on CLI

Hi All,

 

I am trying to logon to the CSPC GUI however the admin password does not work, when i logon to CLI as admin with the same password, it works...

 

Please help?

They are different authentication and the password from the GUI is not the same as CLI. even though you may or may not have assigned the same

you can only reset using the security questions on the GUi itself

So if i have understood correclyt. The GUI admin account is setup by an old emoloyee, i have not a clue about securiry cuesteions. And the normal password has expired. I have all CLI passwords but what you say is that i cant reset or create a new GUI account from the CLI ?  I have admin, root and collectorlogin access.
