The default behavior of SNTC is if you do not access it with the cco it assumes you do not have an account and it redirects to SNTC onboarding , which now it redirects to CX cloud

You saying CSAM redirecting you to CX cloud, but likely you mean services.cisco.com ( SNTC portal) redirecting you to onboarding , and since onboarding new accounts is not longer allowed . redirecting to CX cloud new process for SNTC. CSAM tool does...
