CSPC collector down, need help from an engineer

Hello,

 

I have a customer that has issues with his CSPC collector, I would appreciate it if we could schedule a webex meeting to troubleshoot the issue.

Hello,

The following is the resolution after the WebEx session-

Asked the customer for the CSPC version. 
Asked for the CLI access from the customer.

The customer responded, they have no access to GUI and CLI. They have no idea for which version they were on.
The customer will be proceeding with the deployment of CSPC 2.10.0.1 OVA.

My work shift hours are-  8AM - 5PM EST.

Also please let us know which CSPC version is the customer having.
