CSPC Server Crashing

I have restored from an older back and it will remain stable for a day or two but then crash again.  My server team cannot find anything on the host or vm to pinpoint the cause of the crash. I am in the process of getting a recent backup via sftp while the server is up.

My question:  I plan on rebuilding the server and doing a restore from the .pbx file.  Do I need to restore to the exact same release or can I use the lates in the 2.10 train?  Any other considerations when doing a restore?

Hi houchinango,

We would recommend you to deploy a 2.10.0.1 ova and then you can restore to it.

Here is the link for downloading the CSPC 2.10.0.1 ova file:

https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286312935/type/286312958/release/2.10.0.1

Also, if you want to upgrade the cspc then you can upgrade it to version 2.10.0.6 from 2.10.0.1.

Please do let us know if you have any query.

Kind Regards,
Vivek Chauhan
