CSPC Server not uploading data to cisco.

We was running 2.8 for a while and it stop working. System could not upgrade to 2.10 so I deployed on a new system then ran backup/recovery. System still does not upload data to cisco or upgrade to 2.10.0.6.

Hello Edward,

This post has been resolved. Sharing the resolution summary for the same-

1) Logged into CSPC GUI.
2) Checked for the Certificate. It was different and older one.
3) Replaced it with the New Certificate. Restarted the services.
4) Changed the Connectivity and Appliance ID in Applications settings.
5) Restarted all the services, Ran Clone as well as Main collection profile.
6) Collection Ran successfully.
