Hello,
I'm unable to upgrade Collector because it seems that the file downloaded is corrupted.
Command "apply sp-30.0.4-0-0-lnx64" doesn't work because of that and I can't download again the file, it tells me that the file was already downloaded.
See below;

Is this still the same guidance? Having the exact same issue. Can delete the previous file and attempt download again, checked CCO credentials, all appears normal but the file never actually downloads. Keep getting the same error message and it appears the file is very small (2.2k).

Hello,
Run below command from "root".
su admin and run below command
sh download.
Please check if the status says "downloaded" and the size is not correct then proceed with the steps to delete the files and re trigger the upgrade.
Please tails the install logs while the patch is being downloaded (tail -f /opt/LCM/logs/install)

Hello,
Was the status showed as "downloaded" when "sh download" command executed in adminshell?
If so there could be some issues with the download center, can you please try again after deleting the file from /opt/LCM/tmp if the size of the file is not as expected.
also if possible please attach the logs (/opt/LCM/logs/install) and (/opt/cisco/ss/adminshell/logs/lcmlog.log)
