CSPS Entitlement Download error

I am trying to generate and download the entitlement license and I continue to get an error when doing so.  I have tried multiple browsers and registrations and still the same issue.  It just tells me to contact the community.

I can see collector registration was  successfully completed for your SNTC account .If you're still facing any issue please let us know.
