I'm trying to get access to the Developer EOx Tool and getting the following error:
"Status: 403
Response: <h1>Developer Inactive</h1>"
The community thinks I should contact TAC, TAC says I need to use the community? Any help anyone could provide would be great.

I read in a past post your accounts Delegated Administrator needs to set it up in SAM (Services Access Management)
