I would like to know how to send email to just a single user about alerts like: Appliance Password will expire soon

1. Login to Collector Appliance as collectorlogin and set the password for collectorlogin.
Where I have it for example.
1 - 1234@YXZ.com
2 - 1235@YXZ.com
3 - 1236@YXZ.com
i want to remove user 2 and 3 for instance and let only 1,
I am unable to locate this option in the Collegctor GUI
Or also if there is a command in the CLI where I see users and I can remove it via command line
