Error with validate email - create smart account

I'm in the process of creating a smart account
At the moment of choosing Account Name and clicking Create Account
Your profile's Company needs to be updated to a valid name.
Then I go to the profile edition -> access management
and the first thing I see is the message
"Error Your profile must have a full and verified company address to be able to process any access requests. Update your company address. Profile management"
After clicking on profile management, it redirects me to edit the profile and the email address is grayed out and impossible to edit. It is correct. Please help.
