Execute % Error occured while executing command admin# when trying to reset password

User was unable to get into the collector GUI and was instructed to reboot the console.  They were not able to do so and were instructed to reset their root password.  When they attempted to do so, they got the error below: 

 

execute % Error occured while executing command

They are also getting the same error when attempting to reset their root password.  Can anyone provide any insight as to why they are getting this error?

Good morning, can you please provide the details of the CSPC version as well as the command that was entered to change the password?

In addition, if possible please include screenshots of the error being received.
