Good afternoon;

I'm trying to upload the data in the collector to portal but unsuccessful. When I click upload,  the task "Upload to back end"failed. The others three tasks completed successfully .

What do I do in this case?

Hi Wallace,

Please Verify that you have the proper access to the Cisco upload servers.

Your Firewall must be configured in order to allow these IP addresses, host names, and ports so that the upload processes successfully:

    • 72.163.7.113 (TCP 443) concsoweb-prd.cisco.com
    • 72.163.4.161 (TCP 443/80) www.cisco.com
    • 72.163.7.60 (TCP 443/80) dl.cisco.com
    • 72.163.7.60 (TCP 443/80) dl1.cisco.com
    • 173.37.146.12 (TCP 443/80) dl2.cisco.com
    • 173.37.144.208 (TCP 443/80) sso.cisco.com

Please do update me if you have any further concern.

Thanks,

Supriya

Thank you.

I configured my firewall and upload was done. But now, the data still don't appear in https://services.cisco.com/. What can I do now? I'm done the upload earlier today.

Thanks.

Hi User,

I checked further that upload is received by system, it take time to process it. Please allow ~ 24 -48 hr and check back for further status on portal. If any further concern, please update the post and I will assist you further.

Thanks,
Supriya

Hi Wallace,

Did you solve this problem. I have exactly the same problem.

I just opened a case with this matter.

Regards,

Hi,

I did a reload on server and  the upload process came up.
