Hi,
My Customer tried registering for portal access using contract and serial number, assuming he would automatically be DA since this was the first collector they were setting up.
The system came back with a DA. The mentioned DA does not work for the same company, neither does he have the above mentioned contract on his CCOid profile.
We don't know what the CR (Customer Registry) is for this Customer (Atlantic Broadband).
How does one reset the DA for a particular CR?

Does the person thats already registered as a DA for your company have an email address in your companies domain?

The current DA does NOT have an email from the company domain.
