Not seeing collector data on SNTC Portal

Dear experts,

I am not seeing my data uploaded by the collector, on the SNTC Portal.

         For example, in the "Inventory Collection Delta" menu I've been seeing the error "Error getting snapshot details. Please check back later..." for a while now.

         Can someone help me in understanding what's wrong? I used to see valid data.
