Service API / Collections / Import Inventory

Hi team,

Approximately 3 months ago, my customer's uploads began to fail.  They're using the Import Inventory API to upload a JSON file once per week:

POST : https://apix.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/collections/import-inventory

They're getting a 503 error: Resource Unavailable

Has the URL changed?  Are the docs now incorrect?

• Company name:
• Company address:
• CCOID:
• Email:
• CR Party Id:

I have checked the URL and it is the correct one based on the document.
https://developer.cisco.com/docs/service-apis/collections/#import-inventory

Confirmed with customer that old URL was being used https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/collections/import-inventory.

Once the URL was updated, the 503 error ceased.
