Good morning,
I have an issue after I have added 3 new users to use the SNTC support portal. I have given them both the SmartNet Net Customer User role and Business Critical care roles.
The requests were approved, and each user received their respective emails, but they cannot access to portal to sun inventory reports.
Any help would be

Please send me the following information by a private message, to start internal validation and check the users recently added on your SNTC portal.
