Smartnet/EMS coverage

What is the current policy in CISCO TAC as it relates to coverage of Modules in a chassis-6509. If a module goes bad does Smart Net/EMS on the chassis automatically cover the module?

Hi,

Please excuse our delay in responding.  Coverage may relate to what service SKU is used and is not consistent across products.  Sometimes modules are included and sometimes not.  You can work with your Cisco representative or perhaps view if already covered on a contract in CSCC.
