Hi,
I have been assigned Smart Net Total Care: Customer User and Smart Net Total Care: Customer Administrator in CSAM.
When I navigate to services.cisco.com I get the 'You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection' page. When I click to register for the portal, I get the 'It appears that you already have access to Smart Net Total Care Portal. You will be redirected in 10 secs.' page, and then I get sent back to the 'You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection' page.
Please can you help with this?
