Hi,
Can you please guide me (including a link, or information) on what is covered and what is not, under the Smartnet SNTP and all the other Smartnet Total care services please.
I would like to know if the above covers components included or purchased as a bundle with a chassis (ex: 6500). Such components include: Fans, PSU, Line Cards, Supervisors and so on ...
