Dear Satriyo,
The device will not be automatically attached under your Smart Net Total Care contract. You will need to request your Cisco Account Team or Cisco representative to add the new serial number under the relevant contract. You can also request this yourself
using the on-line tool My Cisco Workspace: www.cisco.com/go/ssc
To do this please:
1. Click “Open a Case”
2. Select Action from listed menu
3. "Contracts and Licenses”
4. Then: “Terminations”, “Add Missing Items to Contracts”, “Contract Edits and Moves”, “Product Edits and Moves”
5. If these are not the tasks you are looking for, click on “View All”.
