SNTC API upload issue

Hello, 

im having issue to upload data to SNTC via API. The behavior is somehow unpredictable. 

 

Yesterday when i tested the process it worked fine - API completed data upload, i could see record on SNTC portal under "Upload processing" section. Once completed i could see inventory records. 

 

Today i tested exactly the same process. API upload status show processing and completion successful. But there is no record in SNTC portal, no records under inventory 

 

How to troubleshoot this ?

Hi,

 

I checked that there are 11 uploads via service API for Dec 17th for different inventories. It is recommended not to have more than one upload per week or make sure previous upload is successful and then only have subsequent upload. I do see successful upload as of today as well. Could you please explain what do you mean by no record under inventory? As well, please private message me on inventory name since there are multiple ones.
