Hi,
Since today I have the problem when I access to url: https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/, I'm redirected to https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/ui/ssueap2.0/dist/#/promo
With following text:
"Get Access to Smart Services Connection Now
You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access.
Learn more about Smart Services or review technical discussion, blogs and videos about Smart Services here.
Select a Service for Account Setup Instructions
Smart Net Total Care
Partner Support Service (Partners Only)"
Yesterday it was working well, but today happens this redirect.

We had an outage this morning and the issue is resolved now. Can you kindly clear your browser cache and try to login in again using the same URL https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/

I use this URL and it seems ok.
https://tools.cisco.com/smartcare/
The URL you gave is broken for me as well.

Is SmartServices the same thing as SmartCare?

No, they are not the same. To access Smart Net Total Care portal, you have to logon to https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/

Hmm, I am not familiar. I thought they were similar. What is the difference between them?
