Does the SNTC portal show only TAC cases under the CCO ID that were opened via the portal or all does it show all TAC cases opened via the CCO ID logged into the portal from any source?

Hi User,
The All Support Cases report lists the service requests that you (the logged in user) have raised with the Cisco TAC within the last 90 days (for the selected inventories and customer).
