I followed the steps to register my customer in the SNTC portal, but now I got this message:
"Oops! Something went wrong...
We are unable to process your registration request at this time. Kindly retry later. Sorry for the inconvenience."

I have the same issue. I opened a TAC case and they said they could not help, but to reach out to htts@cisco.com. I have not received any response.
