SNTC upload issue

Unable to upload to SNTC portal from CSPC. I attached a screenshot of the errors. Can someone please assist with this issue?

Hi User,

Which version are you running? This can be checked running 'show version -d'. Is this new installment? Did upload ever work via given collector?

The CSPC will try to use the below address for issuing an upload to the backend.  Can you please see if your firewall will allow traffic on this address?

IP: 72.163.7.113

Hostname: concsoweb-prd.cisco.com

Port: 443

The version is 2.7.

This is a new deployment.

The firewall allows

Please update me on below log for further look.

Using admin CLI login:

show version -d

From root, run below command:

cat /etc/hosts

cat /etc/sysconfig/network

wget https://72.163.7.113/HeadEndWebAppServlet/ --no-check-certificate

 Please grab below from root as well:

/opt/ConcsoTgw/tail-end-gateway-decoupled/bin/nohup.out

/opt/ConcsoTgw/tail-end-gateway-decoupled/bin/CONN_TEG_LOGS/tail-end-gateway.log
