Hi there,
My customer gave CBRAdmin access to his portal last Monday (jun 21) and we're not able to access his portal, it's not on our customers list.
I need some help, please!

We have checked the details from our end and found that the CBR role has been assigned to the user on the account.
Customer was able to get the access now.
