Upload of Data Failed

I'm having problems with the upload of the data on the collector. In the logs I'm getting this:

No response from the connectivity module.

Thanks for the log. As requested, please generate new certificate and upload it to CSPC GUI and have upload. Please do let me know if you have any question.
