Can't login to Hyperflex Connect

Hello-

I inherited a Cisco Hyperflex cluster that has 3 nodes. I was left the login/passwords and honestly no matter what combinations I use I cannot login. My goal is to eventually upgrade the ESXi's to 6.7U3. But it would be nice to access the Hyperflex. Is there any way to reset the Hyperflex Connect password? I can SSH to the cluster and login as 'root' just fine but everything I try with the HX Connect GUI interface fails.

Depending what version of hyperflex version you have, the HX gui stopped allowing the use of 'root' to log in.

Have you tried the account called 'admin' ?

What version of hyperflex is running?

Also, have you tried logging into the Hyperflex gui with administrator@vsphere.local account?

Also try using the username format of  'local/admin' or 'local/root'
