Cisco MDS 9200 Series Reset

Hi;

We use 9216 for replication on two site. Two days a go, it started to reboot itself. After reboot it works 20-40 minutes then restart again and these occures several times. We couldnt find out why ?

I attached tech-support output. Could you say something regarding to problem ?

meanwhile, i'm new at san switches.

I don't know of any known issues or bugs.

Either the input AC source is intermittenly failing or the Chassis with Supervisor needs to be RMA'ed.

I see, but we have no smartnet account for switch. Also in system room there is no any device problem except this. Could it be still ac source problem ?

What do you suggest ?

If the switch has valid contract for the device , It should be able to get RMA    there is any underlying hardware issue.
