Hi

My name is sreejesh for one of my project we brought DS-C9148S-12PK9 and trying to configure its simply shown loader >   there is no IOS

The output apparently says "0 Storage device(s) found", so I suspect of a hardware failure. Please reach out to the appropriate support channel for assistance.
