Help ordering a Nexus 5548P without FC or FCoE

I need two Nexus 5548P for iSCSI and ethernet traffic, FC and FCoE is not a requirement. The switch must have two redundant power supply and FANs.

Ordering the chasis with this part number is sufficient:

N5K-C5548P-FA

I need to order the base software, FANS, Power Supply, etc .. separately?

You might want to go with the Unified port version(UP) instead of the P since it gives you an option for FC if needed at a later date and there is no price difference.
