Interface FC down - Isolation due to ELP failure

Hi,

I have a N5K-C5548UP, which is connected to an IBM SAN switch (IBM switch configured as AG mode, or something like port extender without zoning), with ports fc1/29-30. Recently I received the following syslog message for both ports:

fc1/29

09:51:04 %PORT-5-IF_DOWN_LINK_FAILURE: %$VSAN 1300%$ Interface fc1/29 is down (Link failure loss of signal)
09:51:04 %PORT-5-IF_DOWN_LINK_FAILURE: %$VSAN 1300%$ Interface fc1/29 is down (Link failure loss of signal)
09:52:45 %PORT-5-IF_DOWN_ELP_FAILURE_ISOLATION: %$VSAN 1300%$ Interface fc1/29 is down (Isolation due to ELP failure)

fc1/30

09:51:04 PORT-5-IF_DOWN_LINK_FAILURE: %$VSAN 1300%$ Interface fc1/30 is down (Link failure loss of signal)
09:51:04 PORT-5-IF_DOWN_LINK_FAILURE: %$VSAN 1300%$ Interface fc1/30 is down (Link failure loss of signal)
09:52:45 PORT-5-IF_DOWN_ELP_FAILURE_ISOLATION: %$VSAN 1300%$ Interface fc1/30 is down (Isolation due to ELP failure)

The status of the ports appears as Isolated.

In this link I found the system message, but I can't identify what is the problem, and how to solve it.

Error Message PORT-5-IF_DOWN_ELP_FAILURE_ISOLATION: Interface [chars] is down (Isolation due to ELP failure) [chars] [chars]

Explanation ELP failed on the interface. [optionally if the port belongs to port-channel, the port-channel number to which the port belongs will be displayed and if interface description is configured, the interface description is displayed]

Recommended Action Check the output of showportinternalinfo'inthe'ELPfailurereason'field'

Something curious is that the port keeps sending / receiving frames.
