got on one nexus 5K (version 5.1(3)N1(1)) every second this message:

what I have to do to stop this?
(we have some more N5Ks with the same version & configuration which don't show this message)

There is a cosmetic bug for this issue. See CSCti71838. Logging level for kernel messages by default is 3(errors) but since you have set it to 4(warnings), you are seeing these messages. You can change logging level to default 3 using command
5020A.1(config)# logging level kernel 3
